If it’s legit, don’t worry. Unless the gamestop you went to pirated the game, you won’t be banned. I suggest you create a side account just in case.

No will not because it’s a legit copy like you said. The people who do get banned are playing pirated copies. You’ll be good don’t worry.
Also, is it anyone who pre-ordered from Gamestop can get their game today? I pre-ordered the Prestige Edition from there?

many retailers in the northeast have been given permission by activision to begin selling the game early do to many smaller retailers selling it early.

you will not get banned for playing the legit copy but the day bfore release date the leaderboards will be reset so the piraters who were stupid enough to play early will not have a advantae over legitmate players who play on release date …leaderboards are beig reset on 09.11.2009
